In addition to The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program Module Guidelines covering Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, and Emotional support for the family, this application offers a supplementary menu focusing on 22 severe cardiac anomalies. Its goal is to enhance comprehension of blood flow in the heart concerning ductal dependent and non-ductal dependent congenital heart disease (CHD).
<ul>
 <li>4 calculators are provided: corrected gestational age, temperature converter (Fahrenheit to Celsius and vice-versa), umbilical artery and venous catheter insertion depth, weight converter (grams to pounds/ounces and vice-versa).</li>
 <li>Under Cardiac Anomalies, users will discover animations and information on 22 severe forms of congenital heart disease. The MP4 videos exhibit blood flow patterns within the heart across different types of CHD and illustrate the significant impact of ductal closure on blood circulation in ductal-dependent lesions. The animations also cover normal heart anatomy, hypercyanotic (tet) spell occurrences, and the balloon atrial septostomy (Rashkind procedure). Furthermore, illustrations demonstrate palliative procedures such as PDA stent placement, balloon valvuloplasty, BT shunt, RVOT stent insertion, central shunt operation, and pulmonary artery banding.</li>

The STABLE acronym encapsulates the 6 assessment and care modules within the program: Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure (BP), Lab work, and Emotional support. This app offers detailed guidance on:

 <li>Sugar module: Information includes guidelines for managing sick infants and those at high risk for hypoglycemia. It covers intravenous treatment for blood sugar levels below 50 mg/dL (2.8 mmol/L) and provides insights on umbilical catheters.</li>
 <li>Temperature module: Guidelines outline classifications for hypothermia, monitoring procedures, rewarming methods post-accidental hypothermia incidents, and a checklist for neuroprotective hypothermia along with a neurologic exam protocol.</li>
 <li>Airway module: Users will find monitoring practices, descriptions of respiratory distress indicators, details on endotracheal tube sizes and insertion depth guidelines. Additionally provided are instructions on blood gas evaluation, detecting pneumothorax signs, and treating pneumothorax.</li>
 <li>Blood pressure module: Content involves assessing shock conditions, along with shock treatment strategies like preparing an 800 microgram/mL IV fluid solution of dopamine hydrochloride.</li>
 <li>Lab work module: Topics include neonatal infection risk factors, clinical infection symptoms evaluation prior to intensive care unit transfer. You can learn how to calculate the absolute neutrophil count and immature to total ratio.</li>
 <li>Emotional support for the family module: This section addresses various emotions that parents may go through when dealing with a sick newborn and offers guidance on aiding families navigating a crisis.</li>
</ul>
The Cardiac Anomalies section provides brief descriptions along with MP4 videos and illustrations for several conditions such as Normal Heart and Lungs, Aortic Valve Stenosis, Atrial septal defect, Atrioventricular canal disorder. It also delves into Coarctation of aorta anomaly and others like Double outlet right ventricle, Ebstein anomaly, Hypoplastic left heart syndrome among others.

 <li>Tetralogy of Fallot variations viz. moderate stenosis category or ductal dependent presentation are included alongside conditions like Transposition of the Great Arteries or Tricuspid atresia.</li>

The detailed illustrations extend to palliative procedures including Balloon atrial septostomy (Rashkind procedure), PDA stent placement protocol, Balalock-Taussig (BT) shunt process, right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) stent insertion steps along with central shunt and pulmonary artery band indications.
